Refund/Return Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item u=you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 7 days you received. Please send us email first at support@doslsch.com with your order number, details of the product , image of the part of defect and your order invoice. We will get back to you it the item is eligible for return.

If Refund is applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approved or rejections of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days of refund approval.

OUR ENTIRE PRE-OWNED INVENTORY IS COMPLETELY EXCLUDED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND/OR RETURNS WITH OUR PRE-OWNED INVENTORY
